Captain Nicholas W. Morrow's Company D

CompanyD of the Twenty-first Infantry Missouri Vols., enrolled under the call of the President for Volunteers, to enter the service of the United States, which said Company was mustered into service at Canton, Lewis County State of Missouri, the First day of February 1862 for the period of three years or during the war.

Captain Henry McGonigle - October 4, 1862: Promoted Major August 17, 1865.
Captain Joshua Hagle - September 30, 1865.
1st Lt. Henry McGonigle - March 27, 1862: Promoted Captain July 13, 1862.
1st Lt. Joshua Hagle - February 11, 1865: Promoted Captain.
1st Lt. Charles L. Norton - September 30, 1865.
2nd Lt. Lewis J. Ainslie - March 27 1862: Resigned October 22, 1862.
2nd Lt. Charles C. Murray- February 27, 1863: Resigned August 29, 1865.
2nd Lt. Benjamin F. Jenkins - October 18, 1865.
